How do I organize my iTunes Library?

To organize iTunes Library, follow the instructions below.
1. Once in KeepVid Music, click on the Toolbox > Clean Up iTunes Library.
2. The window will become as the following. Click on Scan button to scan your iTunes music library to find out how many tracks need to be fixed. And click the Fix button to finish organizing in one-click.
If you only hope to identify tags or covers, clean missing tracks or delete the duplicate songs, instead of clicking the Fix button, click the related tab to do it.
3.1 Fix Music Tags: Click on Missing Tags tab, and the tracks with missing or inaccurate music tags will appear. Click on the Fix button and the software will identify the songs and then click on the Save button to save all of the changes.
3.2 Fix Music Covers: Click on Missing Covers tab, and the tracks with missing music cover will appear. Click on the Get Covers button and the software will identify the songs and then click on the Save button to save all of the changes.
Tips: 1. Click the arrow to select a different cover.
2. If no cover is being found, click the Add button
to add one from your local hard drive.
3.3 Delete Duplicate Songs: Click on Duplicate Tracks tab and select one or more columns that may contain duplicates. Name and artist are chosen as default while artist can be unchecked.
Once the software has searched out the duplicates, KeepVid Music will choose the song that has less information attached, or is of a smaller size in case it’s not a complete song. You are still able to change your selection by clicking in the box of the one you want to delete, and also then click the box of the one you want to keep to ensure that it doesn’t have a check mark in its box. Click on the Delete Duplicates button and the software will do the rest for you.
3.4 Clean Missing Tracks: Click on Missing Tracks tab, and the missing tracks will appear. Click on the Clean button to clean them.
Tips: You can also go to iTunes Library(Library for Mac) > Music > Clean up to organize your iTunes Library.
