How to download videos with KeepVid Android?

Method 1. Using Smart Clipboard

Step 1. Go to the official webpage of KeepVid Android with your Android mobile, and click the Download button. Then you’ll download the APK file of KeepVid Android on your Android devices.

Note: If you are using computer to browse KeepVid Android site, you can download the APK file to your computer and then transfer to your Android device.

Step 2. Install the APK file in your Android phone. When the installation finishes, you can start KeepVid Android immediately.

Note: If it’s the first time you install the apps from third-party sites, you’ll need to enable “Unknown Resources” in your Settings.

Step 3. Go to YouTube on your mobile and find the video you want to download. Then tap the Share option and choose Copy link.



Step 4. KeepVid Android will automatically detect the video URL and ask you whether you want to download it. Tap OK to continue.

Step 5. KeepVid Android will go to YouTube and play your video with a Download button.
 

Step 6. Tap the Download button, and you’ll see a pop-up dialog. Select the video quality you want, and then KeepVid Android will start downloading the video.

Step 7. When the download finishes, you’ll get the downloaded video in Downloaded tab.


Method 2. Download Video with Download Button Directly

Step 1. Install and start KeepVid Android on your Android mobile, and you’ll see the main interface like this.

Step 2. Tap the thumbnail of the video site (YouTube as an example) and the app will navigate you to the site. You’ll find the Download button beside every video you play. Tap the Download button.

Step 3. You’ll see a pop-up dialog asking you to select the video quality to download. Choose the quality and click the Download button at bottom to start downloading video.

Step 4. When the downloading process finishes, you’ll get the downloaded video in the Downloaded tab.

Method 3. Sharing Download

Step 1. Install KeepVid Android on your mobile device, and start it.

Step 2. Go to the video sharing site like YouTube, and find the video you want to download. Then tap the Share option below the video screen. Now you’ll see the KeepVid option in the drop-down menu.



Step 3. Choose KeepVid in the sharing list, and you’ll trigger KeepVid Android. The app will analyze the video URL and then display the pop-up dialog asking you to select the video quality.
