What can I do if fail to download the video?

If you fail to download the video, try the followings by yourself.
1. Make sure you are using the latest version. Click on Preferences > Check for New Version to check it for Windows. For Mac, click on program name on the top left corner of your Mac and click on Check for Updates...
2. Ensure you can play it on your browser.
3. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
4. Ensure the website you are downloading is supported. Here is the current supported websites.
If all is fine, you can close your anti-virus program temporary if you are using any and try again. If you still fail to, click the Feedback button
on the top right corner of the program to contact us. Please provide the detailed video URL so we can test to find out the reason.
