Click on the Download tab and go to Downloaded, and then right click the video and choose the option Open File Location in the drop down menu. You will be taken directly to the folder for the downloaded files. The same as Recorded/Converted file.

You can also lick on the Preferences button and then go to Preferences > Location and this will show you the default download/record/convert path, which you can change if you desire.
