Why the download button doesn't appear?

For Mac version
Safari, Chrome, Firefox are supported for Mac version.
To install the download plugin, go to the Downloading tab and click on Preferences button on bottom > Extensions and select the relative browser to install it.
If you are using Safari and fail to get it installed using the same way as Firefox, switch your Mac into Safe mode to try again.
Here are the detailed steps to switch your Mac into Safe mode.
For Windows version
IE and FireFox are supported to install the download button while we are working on Chrome.
If you are using these browsers and fail to get it appearing above the video, click Main menu on the top right corner of the program > Preferences > Download and then click on the Repair button under Browser plugin to repair it.

1) Restart mac os by holding SHIFT key the moment mac OS start until the OS logo appear.
2) After the logo appear then release the SHIFT key.
3) Login as normal by key in the password. It will let you entering the safe mode environment.
